Orders & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days in metro cities and 3–7 business days elsewhere in India.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders above ₹1,999. A flat fee of ₹99 applies to smaller orders.
Do you ship outside India?
At the moment we deliver only within India.
How can I track my order?
We email you a tracking number as soon as your parcel ships. If you ordered while signed in, you can also see it under My Account → Orders.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — as long as it hasn’t been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp or at luxury@amfragrancesindia.com with your order number.
Payments & pricing
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery: pay the courier in cash or by UPI when your order arrives. Online payment by UPI and card is coming soon.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Yes. All prices are MRP, inclusive of all taxes. There are no hidden charges at checkout apart from shipping on orders below the free-shipping threshold.
Do you have a discount code?
New customers can use WELCOME10 for 10% off orders above ₹1,999 (up to ₹1,000). Enter it in your cart or at checkout.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return unused products in their original sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances can’t be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (an unboxing video helps). We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and check the return, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer.
Our fragrances
How long do your perfumes last?
Our eaux de parfum typically last 6–12 hours depending on the fragrance, your skin and the weather. Each product page lists its expected longevity.
What is the difference between an attar and an eau de parfum?
An attar is a concentrated, alcohol-free perfume oil applied in small drops and worn close to the skin. An eau de parfum is an alcohol-based spray that projects more and suits everyday wear.
Can I try several fragrances before choosing?
Yes — our Discovery Set includes six of our most-loved eaux de parfum in 10 ml or 15 ml sizes.
How should I store my perfume?
Keep bottles closed, upright and away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity — a drawer or cupboard is ideal.

Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. An account lets you save addresses and see your order history.
I forgot my password.
Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in page and we’ll email you a secure link to set a new one.
